Here in Ireland we know a thing or two about rain. We know not to put a wash out on the line if there's even a sniff of water in the air and we know that on average 87%* of summer BBQs end up indoors crammed and squeezed around the kitchen table!

However, one thing we haven't learned is the importance of investing in a good rain jacket! The Irish mentality of "ah sure it will be grand" has meant we've left our houses on dull grey days only to return looking like a little drowned rat! Umbrellas are left inside out on buses and mac in the sac rain jackets become just sacs (seriously I have like 6 sacs but no macs, where do they go?!)
