We would like to wish all of our lovely Siopaella customers and readers a Happy International Woman's Day. In this blog we want to recognise a few of our favorite female designers, who in our opinion are some of the most influential woman in the business!

Of course we have to recognize a female Irish designer, and Orla Kiely is one of our favorites.  Known as the "print queen", we love her fun colorful patterns.  Her textiles are recognized and loved around the world designing everything from accessories , home wear and stationary. 

Stella McCartney is a female fashion designer with a purpose. We love her animal friendly materials, and eco-friendly approach in the fashion industry, making it possible for any vegan or animal lover to have luxury animal cruelty free items. She even goes as far as using organic cotton in her clothing and wood from sustainable forests for her shop floors. She is bringing awareness to an industry where animal rights and the environment are not the first priority.

Former Spice Girl Victoria Beckham knows a thing or two about girl power. She is now a female fashion icon who has taken over the fashion industry with  her figure hugging structured dresses and luxurious leather bags.  She has been named one of the UK's most influential woman in BBCs Woman's Powerlist, and is an inspiration to all women.
