We really pride ourselves on providing the best customer service possible and are easily accessible for any queries by phone or via our social channels and of course, in person at our two stores located in Dublin City Centre. Estimate + Appraisal
Once we receive your photos, we will provide you with a brief estimate of how much you will receive for your item via Whatsapp or Email. Please note this is only an estimate, and it can be higher or lower depending upon the physical receipt of your item in person. Once your item arrives at our Buying HQ, we will provide you with an exact appraisal of the amount you will receive.
Payment
Once your items have been appraised, we can offer up to three different payment options depending on what you have to sell. All Sellers can avail of our Consignment option whereby you leave your items with us for a minimum of four weeks and wait for them to sell. This option provides you with the highest return. If your item qualifies for same day payment, funds can be transferred to your paypal or bank account that same day. Store credit may also be an option whereby you use your item(s) as currency to purchase a new item in-store.

Our Home
Located in Dublin's City Centre, we have two stores side by side at Numbers 29 and 30 Wicklow Street. We are open Monday to Saturday from 10am to 6pm and of course our online shop is open 24/7. Please note we are closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays.
