Merchandise is accepted by appointment only at our  25a Temple Lane location (consignment headquarters) during Temple Lane’s regular store hours, or you can also email us photos and a brief description of your items. Please note that in order to start a consignment account, we recommend bringing a minimum of 15 items during their first visit, or less items if they are couture / designer (i.e. Chanel, Hermes, Gucci, Prada, etc). Please see our brands page for more info on what we accept.

Items will be received as follows:

  • Spring items will be taken February to April
  • Summer items will be taken May to July
  • Fall items will be taken August to October
  • Winter items will be taken November to January

©siopaella aims to provide value to its clients – desirable clothing and accessories at reasonable prices.  Merchandise must be in excellent, mint condition, less than 2 years of age (unless vintage), and clothing must be freshly washed or dry-cleaned, pressed, with no holes, stains, tears, missing buttons, and worn cuffs. Please bring your clothes neatly folded in bags; hangers are not required. Shoes and other accessories must be in perfect, unworn condition.  Items that are found to have flaws or defects after being accepted for consignment may be sold at a discount or donated to charity.  Please inspect items carefully before presenting them to us for sale.

By consigning with ©siopaella, you get 40% of the final sales price, and we keep your items for 60 days.  ©siopaella may choose to return your items before your contract expiry at its discretion.  A consignor contract number and expiration date tracks each item, and we will prepare an inventory list that can be mailed to you at your request. Please note that we will set the selling price at the time of consignment, and should you disagree on the selling price of any item, it is your responsibility to advise ©siopaella immediately in writing.  Items will remain at full price for 30 days, and will be marked down by 20% after 30 days.  In addition, we may hold periodic out-of-season and clearance sales, and any merchandise in stock is subject to these sales. Please note that while we will show respect and care for consigned items, ©siopaella is not responsible for damage or loss of consigned items due to theft, fire, water, vandalism, negligent handling by customers, or any other adverse events.

Please also note that a minimum administration fee of €5.00 will be charged per consigned item on consignments that are requested to be removed from the sales floor within the 60 day consignment contract period. This is to cover Siopaella’s administration / marketing costs.

At the end of the 60-day consignment contract period, it is important to contact us to collect funds from items sold. It is your responsibility to keep us informed of up to date contact info (telephone and email).  Consignors must pick up unsold items within seven days after the consignment contract period expiration and anytime after these seven days, merchandise will be donated automatically to charity.  Please note that items originally priced under 50.00 euros will be donated to charity upon contract expiry unless otherwise specified. Non-donated items will be subject to a €1.00 per item return fee. Photo ID is required when consignors’ items, cheques and / or cash are being picked up. Please note that ©siopaella reserves the right to amend or replace consignment contract guidelines and conditions at any time after expiration of an in-date consignment contract period.
